Optika introduces B2B web resolution software suite.

The US-based software developer Optika has launched Acorde, its new suite of Internet software systems designed to allow companies and their trading partners to identify and resolve business-to-business (B2B) transaction problems in real time.

According to Optika the new suite is the first of its kind to bring together transaction information from any source, such as HTML, XML, e-mail and business applications.

Acorde comprises three components - Acorde Context, Acorde Process and Acorde Resolve. Acorde Context allows companies to store, capture, search, retrieve and display over the web information and documents used in business to create transaction records. Acorde Process automates business processes to enable companies to deliver information intelligently both internally and through the trading partner community.

The third component, Acorde Resolve, enables companies to build web resolution hubs for the management of B2B transactions and for online collaboration on transaction issues with trading partners.
