GDS Solutions of St. Louis, Mo., a division of EDS, has forged a global agreement with Computer Aided Development Corp. (Cadcorp) to release GDS Solutions' newest product offering, MicroGDS. GDS says MicroGDS is the first professional-level PC CAD product to be developed specifically for the Microsoft Windows market, giving users direct graphical user interface (GUI) "hotlinks" to other Windows-based applications such as spreadsheets and word processing.
