Delcam has added support for CNC based inspection techniques to its PowerINSPECT inspection software. CNC capabilities will now allow the program to be used for the inspection of sample parts against a master CAD model during production, in addition to its current applications in the inspection of one off items or small batches of critical parts.
PowerINSPECT provides a quick and easy method for the comparison of tooling or sample components with CAD data.
