For the past three years, Intelogistics has provided interactive voice response (IVR) services, interactive Web services and e-commerce solutions. The Prosodie, Inc. acquisition of Intelogistics supports Prosodie's business strategy to deliver a complete speech-enabled IVR solution for the ASP market and to provide the necessary technology and services to successfully integrate the next generation of Internet data centers. The acquisition follows the company's recent acquisitions of Portland-based eei Solutions and Buffalo-based IVR, Inc.
