Publication: NJBIZ
Date: Monday, May 19 2003

Sales force automation firm Dendrite is planning to relocate its headquarters from Morristown to Bedminster, people familiar with the deal tell NJBIZ (see photo, page 10). The new home will comprise 230,000 sq. ft. in two office buildings formerly occupied by drug firm Pharmacia. Pfizer, which last

month completed its $57 million purchase of Pharmacia, is subletting the property. Dendrite will sign on for the nine remaining years of Pharmacia's original 12-year commitment. It will consolidate operations from its current headquarters and two other leased offices in Basking Ridge and Bridgewater, where it employs between 500 and 600 people. Dendrite spokesperson Erik Kopp declined comment on the proposed headquarters relocation.
