Look for a low cost, scaleable system

as UK manufacturers come under increasing pressure from Eastern competition, HRS managing director Peter Roost is in no doubt of the role that his Jobshop ERP system is playing to help them optimise resources, manage costs and deliver key information for decision-making.

How is Eastern competition affecting HRS's customers? "It is a major challenge for UK SME manufacturing companies to remain competitive in increasingly global markets. At HRS, we are able to offer rental, leasing and ASP packages for Jobshop that are attracting more interest as our markets develop."

How can your customers protect their existing investment in IT? "With Jobshop, they have a modern product capable of integration with either legacy or new peripheral systems. For example, an implementation of Jobshop protects the existing investment in financial modules, as we support direct interfaces to most of the leading accounts packages."

How do you expect your business to develop? "Our success is built upon a value proposition of competitive pricing, low implementation costs and high quality. We will continue to grow organically in the UK and internationally through distribution channels."
