CANOGA PERKINS INTRODUCES 4100 LINE OF HDSL MODEMS.(Product Announcement)

Canoga Perkins, a provider of universal fiber optic data communications solutions, has introduced the 4100 line of managed High-bit-rate Digital Subscriber Line (HDSL) modems.

The modems use symmetrical HDSL technology to extend T1 or E1 circuits up to 12,000 ft. (3657 m) over twisted-pair copper.

Available as a stand-alone device for the customer premise and as a card version for the EdgeAccess Universal Chassis System (UCS), both versions feature hot-swappable, field-replaceable and interchangeable DSL Line Interface Modules (DLIMs) that integrate PairGain'
