Lucent China to work with local partner in upgrading Fujian's public digital data network.

Lucent Technology (China) Co. Ltd. joined with one of its important business partners, Fu Jian Taixun Network Technology Co. Ltd. The two companies have signed a contract with Fujian Telecom to undertake a multi-million US dollar project to optimize the public DDN (digital data network) and expand the frame relay capacity in the southern coastal province.
