Currently, we are looking into our website to make it simpler for the customer to order our services and our products. Uh, we're looking at adding an auto quote system in which they will automatically come in and enter the parameters of the area they want to seal and take care of it, and then it will automatically give them information back and say that your costs will so much and if you click here you can order the serves and schedule your appointment so we can automatically dispatch someone to take care of it.

So we're looking at the website from two point-of-views; One, is to simplify the customer's process in buying from us. Second, is samplify the way we do business internally in our company.

Both of those will be cost saving, so when we look at the cost of doing that, which was not a lot by the way, compared to the benefits we will receive and the dollars saved from all that time, it really made a difference, to the point that we are hoping to be able to offer a discount if you book your service through our website.

We have realigned it so it is actually on a server in which anyone in our office, that is authorized, can go make changes on the website as opposed to one person doing it. That allows us to keep our website current all the time with new information. As we find new things we can actually hand it to someone in our office and say "go out bid it now", as opposed to waiting every week or two weeks to get those updates in those areas. That's another key I would recommend to businesses out there who are opening websites, is that whatever environment they have their websites in, it should be an environment where they can go in there and make quick changes on their own without having to contact a company to do it for them. Some of the new programs allow you to do that very well and that's where we're going too.
