Banking record may be opened.

MEXICO CITY -- The Congress has voted overwhelmingly to open sealed records dealing with the controversial 1994-1997 bailout of the banking system. All three major parties voted to release the information, which is contained on an encrypted compact disk that requires all of the major parties

to provide passwords in order to access. Up until now, the PRI has refused to provide the password it holds, but that may be changing. The bailout saddled the government with more than $80 billion in debt and has been the subject of numerous conspiracy theories due to the lack of reliable information about what transpired.
