Also, another great idea is dessert in a cup. You can make such things as peach crisp (my favorite) with a mix that you put in a coffee mug and decorate the mug. There are many ideas (from soup to pasta to fudge to cake) in The Cup Collection by Jackie Gannaway (available for $3.95).
Finally, the evergreen is a symbol of everlasting life. It has, of course, come to represent the life of Christ, and the everlasting life he promises his followers.
