11 Heartwarming Ways Real Small Businesses Are Giving Back for the Holidays

Each year in October and November, Association Headquarters, a Mount Laurel, New Jersey, company that provides management services for trade and professional societies, holds a food drive to benefit the Food Bank of South Jersey. This year, the company will also open its company holiday party to kids from Urban Promise, an after-school and summer camp program. They'll serve dinner and dessert and play games, and employees will buy and wrap gifts for each of the 60 children who attend the program.

To pay it forward, each child will bring a canned or nonperishable food item for donation to the Food Bank of South Jersey. Association Headquarters hopes the party will foster a sense of social responsibility in the next generation.
