J.J. Klein has been named vp at Team Todd, the New Line Cinema-based company run by producers Suzanne and Jennifer Todd.
Klein previously worked for Suzanne Todd and Demi Moore at their production company, Moving Pictures. Klein also served as director of development
on New Line's "Now and Then" and as associate producer on Emmy-nominated HBO/NYC telefilm "If These Walls Could Talk," starring Moore, Sissy Spacek and Cher. She began her career working for Touchstone Pictures president Donald DeLine.
"We're very happy to have J.J. joining us," Suzanne Todd said. "Her taste and experience will be a great addition to our company."
Among the projects Team Todd is developing are TriStar Pictures' "Idle Hands," a teen horror film with actor Devon Sawa ("Wild America") and director Damon Santostefano attached; "Teacher, Teacher," with Tom Selleck expected to star; and New Line Cinema's "Beauty School Dropout," from a Marlene King script.
