Producers of Fox's upcoming anthology series "Night Visions" are lining up an impressive talent roster, including Bridget Fonda, who has signed to star in the second episode of the series in the vein of "The Twilight Zone."

Fonda will star as a woman who gets frightened

when she finds evidence that someone is secretly living in her house.

Brian Dennehy also will star in one installment and direct another episode of the series produced by NV Prods. in association with Warner Bros. Television.

Fonda and Dennehy follow Aidan Quinn, who starred in the pilot of "Night Visions" (HR 3/8). The search is still on for a host of the show.

Director Joe Dante ("Small Soldiers," "Gremlins") has committed to direct two episodes. He worked as a director on "Night Vision'"s predecessors "The Twilight Zone" and Steven Spielberg's "Amazing Stories" anthology series.

Keith Gordon ("The Chocolate War," "Homicide: Life on the Street") will also direct two episodes of the series created and executive produced by Dan Angel and Billy Brown. As an actor, Gordon co-stars with Fonda in the upcoming indie feature "Delivering Milo."

Fonda was recently seen in "Lake Placid" and the critically acclaimed "A Simple Plan." The IFA Talent Agency-repped actress will next star in "Monkeybone" opposite Brendan Fraser.

Brian Dennehy, who recently co-starred in CBS' remake of "Fail Safe," is repped by Susan Smith. His next movie is "Summer Catch."

Warner Bros. TV and NV Prods. declined comment.
