Arnelle Simpson, 29, may face drunken driving charges after her convertible went out of control in Beverly Hills early Friday, striking a bus bench, flower garden and the wall of a building, police said.

Former Supreme Court nominee Robert Bork, hired by Microsoft's chief competitor Netscape, said Sunday the Justice Department has Microsoft "cold" in its antitrust action. "Their documents ... display a clear intent to monopolize, to prevent any competition from springing up," Bork said on CBS' "Face the Nation." The Microsoft advocate said the government allegations "don't stand up to scrutiny."
