Fisher Radio Sells 24 Stations To Cherry Creek

Fisher Radio Regional Group is selling its 24 stations in five markets to Cherry Creek Radio LLC. The price is $33.3 million, according to broker Kalil & Co.

Fisher Radio is a Seattle-based integrated media company that also owns nine network-affiliated TV stations,

and a 10th station 50% owned by Fisher Communications. Properties are dispersed around Washington, Oregon and Idaho.

Cherry Creek Radio is based in Colorado and owns 45 radio stations in 15 markets, including nine stations in Montana and three stations in Washington State.
