"Paul has extensive and proven experience in theatrical legal and business affairs and will be a great asset to our team," Ferleger said.

Neinstein joins Paramount from Spyglass Entertainment, where he was executive vp and partner from 2003-06 and senior vp business and legal affairs from 1999-2003.
