Fitch Rates CAL Securitization Trust 2007-1.

CHICAGO -- Fitch Ratings has assigned the following ratings to the CAL Securitization Trust 2007-1 asset-backed notes:

--$270,700,000 class A-1 notes 'F1+';

--$1,100,600,000 floating-rate class A-2 notes 'AAA';

--$400,000,000 floating-rate class A-3 notes 'AAA'.

The securities have been privately placed and are backed by beneficial interests in a pool of new retail closed-end automobile lease contracts and the underlying vehicles. The assigned ratings address the likelihood of full repayment of interest and principal in accordance with the terms of the documents.
