Charles F. Dombrowski Joins Hill International as Vice President.

MARLTON, N.J. -- Hill International (Nasdaq:HINT), the worldwide construction consulting firm, announced today that Charles F. Dombrowski, CPA has joined the company as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Before joining Hill, Dombrowski was Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating

Officer and Vice President of Finance for Gallus Inc. Before that, he served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Wall to Wall Sound & Video, Inc. Dombrowski earned a B.S. in accounting from LaSalle University. He is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
