DICOM Group plc: Board Change.

BASINGSTOKE, England -- The Board of DICOM Group plc ("DICOM Group")(LSE:DCM) announces that Rob Klatell intends to retire as CEO. In order to successfully implement its strategy of becoming more of a solutions-centric company, the Board and Rob Klatell have agreed that the company will require

a CEO with software solutions experience. The search for a new CEO will commence immediately. Rob Klatell will remain as CEO until a replacement has been found in order to ensure an orderly transition process.

Rob Klatell, CEO, commented: "I believe that we have positioned the company well over the past two years to address the rapidly changing needs of our industry and that our strategies are sound.
