Lease Deals

* Represented 888 Chinese Restaurant, the tenant, in a 10-year lease of a 5,400-square-foot restaurant in Clear Lake. The restaurant currently has three locations, with this site serving as the flagship. The landlord's agent was Allen Parker.

* Represented the tenant in an office lease in the 3D/International Building at Loop 610 and San Felipe. The leasing agent was Greg Tilton with Transwestern.

* Represented the landlord in a lease of space to Cheers Liquor in Rocky Creek. Angela Park represented the tenant.

Sale Deals

* Represented the seller in a sale of land to Aaron's Rents at Spencer Highway in Pasadena. The purchaser was represented by Brian Ellisor with Rammrath Realty Ventures.

* Represented the purchaser of a small retail center in Clear Lake at Bay Area and El Camino. The seller was represented by Jason Kieschnick with Zann Commercial Brokerage.
