FRAMINGHAM, Mass. -- Perini Corporation (NYSE:PCR) announced today it was ranked first among Massachusetts' "Top 100" publicly traded companies by the Boston Globe in its annual "Globe 100" listing released today.

With total revenue for 2006 of $3.0 billion, a 76% increase over 2005, Perini ranked at the top of the list for one-year change in revenue for publicly held companies in Massachusetts. In addition, Perini ranked fourth overall for one-year change in profit margin percentage, tenth overall in total revenue, and twenty-fifth overall in return on equity.
