FORT WORTH, Texas -- RANGE RESOURCES CORPORATION (NYSE: RRC) today announced that effective Monday, April 30, 2007 its Fort Worth headquarters will move to a new downtown location. The Company will occupy five floors at the newly renovated Two City Place, formerly known as the Tandy Towers.

Commenting on the announcement, John H. Pinkerton, President and CEO, said, "Given the Company's consistent growth over the past five years and expansion of our North Texas Barnett shale play, we have outgrown our existing office space. We currently have employees working from two separate campuses in downtown Fort Worth. This move allows us to bring everyone together and provides options for future growth."
