IRVINE, Calif. -- Oakley Inc. located in Foothill Ranch, California, has recently implemented WTI console managers to allow their network administrators to trouble shoot problems at remote Oakley sites via out-of-band and IP connections.

Oakley has several international facilities in its network. When a network problem arises and the Oakley IT team is called into action, the WTI console manager has been a helpful tool for providing root console access to critical remote network hardware

via out-of-band (dial up) and IP connections.

Tom Lewis, Global Network Manager for Oakley, mentioned that, "The WTI console manager has been a very helpful tool for remotely trouble shooting our network hardware at our remote locations. The IT team can resolve network issues via the WTI console manager from anywhere we have access to IP or a dial-up connection."

"Our Console Managers simple menu driven commands and ease of set up allows our customers to connect to their devices and the Network in no time at all," said WTI Sales Manager Tim Peterson.
