Expanding QC Division and West Coast Offices Bolster BSI's Outsourcing Solutions

the SRS Contract Services Division with all staff and functions, including pre and post closing audits, due diligence, and other outsource closing services. The transaction increases the scale of BSI's Closing Services Division, deepens its industry specific expertise, and improves its West Coast presence to better serve current and future clients.

The SRS Group is a leader in outsource solutions for US residential mortgage originators with a strong track record in Quality Control and Temporary Staffing. The SRS Group's Temporary Staffing Division will continue separately under current management and the SRS Contract Services Division is now part of the BSI Closing Services Division, maintaining the current staff and offices.
