Nascent Food Service to Exhibit at ANTAD Trade Show in Guadalajara.

Nascent Expects to Make a Splash with the Introduction of New Beverages at the Largest Trade Show in Mexico

SAN DIEGO -- Nascent Wine Company, Inc. dba Nascent Food Service (OTCBB:NCTW), a company quickly becoming one of the largest food distributorships in Mexico, announced that it will

be in Guadalajara, Mexico showing products at ANTAD, a four day trade show targeting national and local retail chain accounts. ANTAD will run March 13 through March 16, 2007.
