Mr. Courtney has more than 18 years of experience in software engineering, including six years with Intuit, the $2 -billion marketer of QuickBooks([R]), Quicken([R]) and TurboTax([R]) software. While there he served as Vice President of Product Development and Product Management and also led the Corporate Business Applications group, where he directed the systems infrastructure for more than 40 product lines and acquisition integrations. Prior to Intuit, Mr. Courtney served as CTO and a founding member of EmployeeMatters which was acquired by Intuit in 2000. Earlier, he held senior IT positions at Citibank and Waterhouse Securities, Inc.
