This marks the third consecutive year and sixth out of the past seven years that Vanguard has been recognized by FORTUNE magazine as a top employer. Ranking 95th on the list,

The FORTUNE 100 rankings are based on a comprehensive audit of workplace practices and culture, as well as a survey of randomly selected employees.
