JACKSON HOLE, Wyo. -- Western Interiors and Design, LLC, publishers of Western Interiors & Design magazine, announced today the sale of the Western Design Conference, a juried exhibition and sale of furniture, accessories, art and accent pieces of the western genre, to Powder Mountain Press,

Carol Decker, Founder and CEO of Western Interiors and Design, LLC said, "As much as we have enjoyed producing the Western Design Conference, it no longer fits with our national strategic objectives. It is important to our advertisers and exhibitors that we focus on major metropolitan markets as we develop our conference business. We continue to hold a special place in our hearts for all the artisans we've come to know and whose works have been featured at the Western Design Conference in Cody. We are confident the new owners will continue to provide a venue for the advancement of quality design in the western vernacular by these very special people."

Western Interiors and Design, LLC will be producing its second "Western Interiors Design + Home Show" October 26--28, 2007 at the Herbst Pavilion at Fort Mason Center, San Francisco.
