Warehouse Lending Expert to Moderate Workshop on Industry Issues.

            Market Warehouse Lender Workshop in Chicago on
            Monday, October 23, 2006.

            This industry issues workshop is designed for mortgage
            warehouse lending companies and


financial institution commercial lenders who provide interim funding to the small cap mortgage originator market. Topics to be covered include, but are not limited to: -- Title company issues with closing protection letters -- eNotes and MERS eRegistry -- Mortgage fraud mitigation -- Early purchase programs -- Intercreditor agreements Participants will also engage in open discussions about best practices concerning topics covered in the workshop or other issues of interest.
