Range Increases Dividend.
FORT WORTH, Texas -- RANGE RESOURCES CORPORATION (NYSE: RRC) today announced that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend on its common stock from $0.02 to $0.03 per common share. The dividend is payable on December 29, 2006 to stockholders of record at the close of business
Commenting, John H. Pinkerton, Range's President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "The dividend increase reflects our commitment to provide a current return to our shareholders as we execute our long-term growth strategy. With production rising and an attractive hedge position, we anticipate strong financial results in the future."
