Billionaire investor and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban said Thursday that the wildly popular online video sharing site YouTube was "breaking the law," and that only a "moron" would purchase the site, according to a report by the Reuters news service.

"The only reason it hasn't been sued yet is because there is nobody with big money to sue," Cuban is quoted as saying. The article also quotes Cuban as saying he believed YouTube, which has over 100 million viewers for its online videos each day, would eventually be "sued into oblivion" because of its copyright violations.
