The Northwest Signal in Napoleon, Ohio, has reached a definitive agreement to buy the 5,600-circulation daily from the Kuser family.
Bryan Publishing, family-owned parent of the 10,568-circulation daily
Bryan Times in neighboring northwest Ohio, also agreed to buy a weekly shopper that is mailed to 8,500 households. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
