Dave Stidham and Delmar "D" Smith have joined Nashville Shores outdoor recreational waterpark as director of corporate relations and director of sales and marketing, respectively. Both were formerly with the Nashville Sounds minor league baseball team.

Dottie Bossley

has been named convention sales manager for the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau. She will head the newly established Austin, Texas, office of the bureau. She was previously with Renaissance Austin Hotel.

Angela Berrigan has been named director, travel industry sales, for Universal Studios Hollywood. She was formerly with Hilton Hotels of Washington, D.C.

Wendy Belcher has been named marketing specialist for Viking Hall in Bristol, Tenn. She has worked part time for the facility for eight years.

Dean Hargrove has been named performance manager for The Cerritos (Calif.) Center. Hargrove was most recently with the Big Fresno (Calif.) Fair.

Paul T. Couch has been named general manager of the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. He has been with the facility since 1995.

Diane Hofbauer Davidson has been named director of government relations for The Walt Disney Co., based in Washington, D.C. She was formerly senior counsel for Discovery Communications Inc.

Terry Kuca has been named assistant general manager at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/ Broward County (Fla.) Convention Center.

Mark D. Loigman has been promoted to general manager of the Peace Center for the Performing Arts in Greenville, S.C. He was most recently the director of operations for the center.

Daniel J. Ouimet has been named director, Midwest region sales, for the Los Angeles Convention & Visitors Bureau. He was formerly with the Chicago Hilton & Towers and was corporate sales manager for the Palmer House Hilton. Matt Hourihan has been named director, Northeast region sales, for the bureau. He was most recently with the Pasadena (Calif.) Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Thomas J. Iven has been named vice president and general manager of Six Flags St. Louis in Eureka, Mo. He has been with the Six Flags organization since 1976.

Carroll Albritton has been appointed manager of the Reed Arena at Texas A&M in College Station, Texas. He was most recently with Arkansas State University's Convocation Center.

Rhonda A. Watlington has been named event services manager for Gale Force Sports and Entertainment, based in Raleigh, N.C. She was most recently with the Bernhardt Student Activity Center on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

John Haugh has been appointed executive vice president of marketing and sales for Universal Studios Escape in Orlando. He was formerly with Carlson Leisure Group.

Valerie Barnes has joined Legoland California in Carlsbad as marketing specialist. She was formerly with Disney magazine. Mary Ellen Doughtery has been named senior sales representative for the Los Angeles Corporate market. She was most recently with SeaWorld San Diego. Karin Ward joins Legoland as corporate sales representative in charge of North County San Diego. She comes to the theme park from Andersen's Inn. Mark Pages joins the sales staff as corporate representative handling the San Diego corporate market and the military.

Erica Loughman has been named youth and education sales representative. She was most recently with the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. Stacy Loo has been named hotel sales representative. She was formerly with Best Western International. Karen Comeaux has been named travel industry sales supervisor. She was previously with San Diego Paradise Resort. Judy Adellizi has been named sponsorship and promotions representative. She was most recently with the Discovery Channel. Vicky Berryman has been named media promotions representative. She was formerly with the Del Mar Fairgrounds in San Diego.
