Actors' Equity Association has ordered a group who planned to take their clothes off during this Friday's performance of Tiger By the Tail at the Wing Theatre in New York to keep their pants on.
After consulting with lawyers, the union decided it would be "inappropriate to require a cast to perform in the presence of a nude audience," according to The New York Post.
Last week, that publication reported a group called Males au Natural planned to disrobe during the prison drama's graphic rape scene, supposedly to show solidarity with the underdressed actors.
