In my search to deliver rich insights, industry events and updates related to sales managers and sales professionals, I happened across this short story that is a reminder of how powerful purpose can be.

When you wake up in the morning, what gets you out of bed? What drives you to be productive throughout your day? What is your internal incentive that pushes you above and beyond what others do so that you can achieve bigger goals and be the very best? What maintains your focus rather than drives you to distraction? And what is it that enables you to stay motivated and positive, even in the face of adversity?

It's your purpose. I feel fortunate to have found my purpose; my two most important roles. First, as a father and second as an executive sales coach. Ultimately, my purpose is to make a positive, long lasting impact on as many lives as possible. My purpose shows up in everything that I do. It is woven into the very fabric of my existence; my intentions and every action I take each day.
