Summer Sales Effectiveness School - Think Bigger - Get An Ad In Times Square

Amy Hedin of People Performance Solutions must have been thinking bigger when she entered Dell Computer's contest to get an image about her company up in Times Square in NYC. She says she was surprised when her image was one of just 50 chosen from all of the entries Now Amy can say that she has advertised in Times Square, thanks to the Dell campaign, saying that this is part of their committment to help small business succeed.

Amy's statement that won her a spot up on the big, big screen? "We believe there is no maximum to human potential" - along with a lovely photo of Amy. Times Square Image

Now if Amy was thinking small, I suspect she would not have entered a contest offering the chance to win such a monumental promotional opportunity (not to mention such a cool thing to be able to tell others)

Consistent with her mantra about no maximum to human potential - I suspect that Amy figured, "why not?" (Amy, if you read this, please comment as to what your thinking WAS in deciding to enter Dell's contest)

You have NOTHING to lose by asking for something a bit outside of your comfort zone, or an introduction to someone you might not normally have the opportunity to meet.
