Your 90 Day, 3 Point Business Improvement Plan for Generating More Sales

Using the summer months of June, July and August you can really jump ahead of where you are to those revenue numbers you'd like to be at. Simply focus on three areas of improvement, and make time to think about these areas every week.

Yep, I'm talking about "in-between" those other conversations about where you are going later in the month, or that big vacation trip. We spend a LOT of time talking about these trips and time off - so also make a conscious effort to plan your business goals for the summer.

Example: You struggle to better understand prospective customers and you desire to go deeper and wider within these companies to uncover opportunities and build credibility. Choose as your first area of improvement to do this, and then quantify so you can measure your progress.

I will take my top 5 prospective customers (or existing customers) and develop an understanding of how they do business, and I will get to know at least three others within each account over the next 90 days.

So this is ONE of your three "business building" goals for the next 90 days. Enjoy the warmer weather - take your time off that you plan to do - just don't let it de-rail your plans for building your business so that at the end of the summer, you feel that you now need to get back to where you left off.

It is small, consistent, improvement that makes a big difference in your business. What are your three areas of focus? Post them as a comment or email me with them and I'll serve as your accountability coach -
