Breaking News: Buzzmachine Feels Sorry For Dell

Jeff Jarvis at Buzzmachine is well known for his "Dell Hell" series of posts describing the poor customer service he received. But that was then, this is now. Now he feels sorry for them.

Dell has come around since those Dell Hell days and Jeff points out several areas of improvement. But they are still not getting it completely right.
