Employees Are Your Greatest Assets

Over at tompeters! Val posts about a Gallup survey that shows that engaged employees have more ideas and business solutions than employees who are not engaged.

In my last post, I advocated focusing on selling your products. To be able to maintain that focus, you must have hired the right people, trained, then motivated them to sell for you. When you run into a problem or faced with the need to change, turn to your employees first and seek their ideas. Doing so may save you thousands of dollars in consultant fees and solve the problem in much less time.

There's an old saying that "two heads are better than one." Well, if two heads are better... what about six or eight or 30?

Your employees are your greatest asset. Are you giving them the attention they deserve?

Regards,

Glenn
