I should have created a category for this link called "'nuff said." It's a short case study demonstrating the way a company increased its profits by moving from a product focus to a customer focus.

The post list four steps that you already know. But don't disregard them, go back and re read them and ask yourself how well your company does each one. It's not the theory these steps espouse that's important, it's how you answer each question.
