Hoboken's Waterfront Center gets first national apparel retailer.

SJP Properties has announced that Jos. A.Bank Clothiers, Inc. has selected Waterfront Corporate Center II as its first retail store location in Hoboken, NJ.

This 4,000 s/f lease represents the first national apparel retailer in the city of Hoboken.

Jos. A. Bank joins such prominent retailers as Wolfgang Puck Express, J.P. Morgan Chase, Club H Fitness, Regis Salon and Chock Full of Nuts at the award-winning Waterfront Corporate Center.

Michael Stone of Cushman and Wakefield was responsible for the lease transaction.

Jos. A. Bank will be located within Phase II of the master-planned, mixed-use development at Waterfront Corporate Center.

121 River Street is a 467,000 s/f building. The building is the mirror image of Waterfront Corporate Center I.

Marsh & McLennan is the anchor tenant at Waterfront Corporate Center II. It occupies 420,000 s/f of space.
