It is always great to hear Geoffrey Moore - he was the opening keynote at the Sales 2.0 conference I'm attending today.
After spending a couple hours at the reception last night, and the morning talking to a number of individuals, one thing is clear - no one agrees on what Sales 2.0 IS, but most agree that the sales profession as we know it is changing, and we need to begin to identify factors that can help organizations be nimble, work better with customers, and increase velocity of selling while also increasing customer satisfaction.
Oh, and we need to better engage the millenials (Gen Y) in this process.
