Hudsons Inc., veteran retailers form Hudson Capital.(Strictly Business)
JACKSON -- A team of retail industry veterans has joined retailer Hudsons Inc. to form Hudson Capital, LLC. The company has named industry veteran Jim Schaye as its CEO, and Fulton Stokes and A.R. Williams to the posts of COO and CFO, respectively.
Headquartered in Jackson, Hudson Capital has established a national network of experienced retail field consultants to provide asset and real estate disposition services to mass retail merchants, department store chains and specialty retailers. The company has formed a strategic alliance with Miami-based Scbottenstein Realty
