Montgomery, Ala.-Based Janitorial Supply Firm Looks Ahead with New Facility.

Jul. 30--One Montgomery company has turned catastrophe into triumph, unveiling a new $1 million facility to replace the one destroyed in a fire 14 months ago.

"It's not just the size of the new building, it's the increased efficiency," Jimmy Mott, owner of Central Products Inc., said from the company's new 22,000-square-foot headquarters on Emory Folmar Boulevard on Tuesday.

A May 2001 fire consumed the company's Pollard Street facility, leaving nothing unscathed but an awning bearing the Central Products logo.
