Washington-based cell phone retailer enters Utah market

Express Locations, a Wenatchee, Wash.-based premium and limited exclusive retailer for T -Mobile USA Inc. in the western United States has acquired five Utah locations from Red Dot Wireless.

The six locations are located in Kaysville, Layton, Salt Lake City, Murray, and West Valley City and-now operate under the T -Mobile Limited name. Express Locations intends to open three to five additional T -Mobile Limited locations in Utah this year.

"We expect to become a strong player in Utah's mobile market and have already begun hiring sales representatives and store managers." said Todd Heiner, Express Location's CEO. " We intend to grow in Utah."

Heiner was one of the founding senior executives for VoiceStream, which was acquired by T-Mobile in 2001 for approximately $30 billion.

Express Locations' Utah retail fronts will operate as one of the nation's first exclusive T-Mobile Limited branded retail locations

Express Locations owns and operates more than 50 retail stores in Washington, Oregon, Idaho Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and Utah. The company currently employs more than 110 people and is now hiring sales executives in all locations.
