WWRE NAMES EXECS:

The WorldWide Retail Exchange (WWRE) has appointed Robert Heaton chief financial officer and Don Norman chief information officer. Heaton, who previously was Senior vice president and controller of U.S. Office Products, has been active with WWRE as a consultant to member company Target Corp. Norman, previously a senior vice president and chief information officer of Kmart Corp., came from Harrods, where he was acting chief executive officer.
