CFT Consulting Appoints David Manigold ManagingPrincipal for Retail Enterprise Systems; Top...

SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 6, 1998--CFT Consulting Inc. (CFT), a retail and supply-chain management consulting firm based in Sarasota, announced Tuesday that David Manigold has joined the company as a Managing Principal responsible for the expanded Retail Enterprise Systems practice.

Manigold, who most recently headed up the independent retail consulting firm, McCready Manigold Ray and Company, brings with him more than 20 years of management consulting experience. This includes IT applications in the retail, direct marketing, and distribution industries plus previous experience as CIO for the billion-dollar specialty hardlines chain, Michael's Stores.

His past experience has spanned specialty apparel, department stores, discount/mass merchants, supermarkets, jewelry, and direct marketing/mail order. Manigold has already been hard at work providing consulting expertise to two of CFT's major clients, J. Crew and Brooks Brothers. He is now spearheading CFT's efforts to expand its presence in Dallas to better serve our clients in the Southwest.
