Seattle's Best plans expansion. (Brew News).

Seattle-based Seattle's Best Coffee,[R] LLC, a subsidiary of AFC Enterprises, Inc., has reached an agreement with RTG Business Enterprises, LP, to develop 16 new cafes in Austin and Waco, Texas, by 2006. The plan is to develop 13 cafes in the Austin area and three in Waco, with the first scheduled to open this month in Austin.
