Nov. 26-- LA VERNE, Calif.--Sisters Glenda Harrison and Steffyne Glenn had seen enough of chain clothing retailers outfitting preteen girls like celebrities.

In their disgust the pair saw an opportunity, and together they created the "age-appropriate" preteen clothing Web site, Cyndi and Nicole's Closet.
